The Ahmet Güneştekin Foundation for Culture, Arts and Education is a non-profit organization established in Istanbul in 2022 through the initiative and vision of Ahmet Güneştekin, whose artistic practice transcends borders.
The Foundation aims to create art spaces where especially young artists can exhibit their work, engage with creative communities, and participate in intercultural exchange. It supports emerging artists through contemporary art exhibitions, scholarships, and educational programs, while fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and developing innovative creative solutions.
Committed to contributing to both local and global contemporary art discourse, the Foundation collaborates with curators, architects, and professionals from various artistic fields, building an active international network of cultural partnerships.
As of April 2026, the Foundation has expanded its international presence with the opening of its Venice branch at Palazzo Gradenigo, located in Campo Santa Giustina.
Situated in one of the significant historical buildings of the Venetian lagoon, this new center aims to support young and disadvantaged cultural producers through international collaborations, strengthen intercultural exchange, and create an inclusive environment for future generations.
Our mission is to work with inspiring artists that inspirit new ways of seeing, thinking, and existing in contemporary art and to find solutions for artists through creative collaborations. It is essential for our operation that we make new collaborations and merge different disciplines and viewpoints within the foundation.
Along with creating a platform for the showcase of contemporary artistic and cultural works, encouraging creative projects, and collaborating with artists, we aim to arrange workshops, hold exhibitions abroad and within Turkey, organize inspiring talks and seminars, and initiate the gathering of various disciplines and perspectives.
